If you love unwinding in a scented end of day bath (as we do), this is simply one of the best ways to soothe mind and body.

In BetterYou Magnesium Sleep Bath Flakes, fragrant lavender and chamomile essential oils – both known for their calming properties – have been added to Zechstein magnesium. It’s safe to use in pregnancy and also for children. One research scientist with a hyperactive child always put magnesium flakes in the bath and told us it calmed down the child very effectively.
