Mia Charro inspirational posters

We love an inspirational saying. And an inspirational poster. And perusing the online store Etsy just this morning, we came across some wonderful examples from an artist called Mia Charro which we had to share.

Most of her posters are gorgeous drawings of animals and flowers. . Or both. (Elephant, parakeet or a lion with a flower crown, anyone?Honestly, too, too cute.)

But there are many beautiful prints with messages like the one above, or ‘No Rain No Flowers’ (love that), ‘‘Be Here Now’, or this quote from the poet Rumi: ‘What you seek is seeking you.’ They’re available in a range of sizes from 10x8 inches upwards.

We’ve long believed that looking at sayings and epithets can help centre us, as well as inspire us. Mia’s are some of the nicest we’ve come across in a long while.

And let’s face it: we could all do with more stillness, in this crazy world.
