Charlotte Tilbury Magic Cream Light
Charlotte Tilbury’s Magic Cream moisturiser – born out of the creams which Charlotte used to mix for her A-list clients, before she created her own brand – is a modern icon, scooping lots of awards.
The challenge, for some users? It’s rich – which we happen to love – but too rich for some users. The good news, then, is that she’s created a light version, specifically for younger and/or oilier/combination skins which don’t need that lavishness.
It features an SPF20 PA++ – not enough for beach-wear but useful if you’re just picking up incidental UV exposure. Silky, lightweight, pretty much imperceptible on the skin yet delivering a perfect dose of moisture, we reckon it’s destined for cult-dom, following in the footsteps of big sister, the original Magic Cream.
What we also like is that (via some retailers), there’s a 15ml size available. The full price tag for 50ml is £75 – and you really want to know you’re going to get on with a product before spending that. The 15ml travel size (also good for travel – as and when we get round to doing THAT again) is a perfect trial size, too.
