Cosmetics à la Carte Sheer Balm Lipstick
Brilliantly, Cosmetics à la Carte have called their latest lip launch, simply, ‘Staycation’. Because let’s face it: even if we’re not travelling abroad, we still want to look pretty in our own back yards or the park.
It’s just lovely to use: a sheer, glossy, tinted lip balm offering all of the comfort of a balm, but the glamour of a sheer lipstick. It features lanolin in the formula, along with beeswax, and the result is super-comfortable.
It coincides with the reopening of this legendary make-up destination. Post-Covid, of course, make-up services are going to be somewhat different – and the goalposts will no doubt be moving (nothing new there), but it’s a great destination for very objective, non-pushy advice, showcasing right now all their summer launches – not just Staycation.
