Please & Thank You Soaps

Lovely soaps from lovely people, these.

Please & Thank You Soaps are just what we want soap to be: firm (they don't go all mushy after a few washes), a pleasing shape in the hand, and gorgeously fragrant. (They also happen to be vegan and cruelty-free.)

But it's the purpose behind Please & Thank You that we like. And we quote: 'For every bar you buy, we donate a bar to someone in need. Having a purpose and helping others was at the heart of Please & Thank You from day one. Because we believe that clean hands are a superpower and should be accessible to all. Sadly, hygiene poverty means this is not always the case. That’s why for every soap bar we sell, we donate another to those with young families who need it most, both in Great Britain and abroad.

So: they're not the cheapest soaps around, BUT they definitely have a feel-good factor in more ways than one.

As for those fragrances, meanwhile? No matter how good a brand's good intentions, it's the pleasure factor that keeps us coming back for more, and P&TY score on that front, too, leaving us torn between favourites Dear Rose and When Life Gives You Lemons.
