Beauty Bible Loves... Peep Club x Anya Hindmarch
Anya Hindmarch’s pop-ups are always worth a pilgrimage if you’re in London, and we almost always manage a detour to Belgravia, which is basically ‘Anya-land’ – for a Snoopy collab, an ice cream parlour, a stationery collab (and a very memorable Santa’s Christmas grotto which was so brilliantly done, we’ll never be able to take those children to a different Santa, because they’ll know he’s a fake).
Alongside swoonworthy luggage – how we long for monograms like those below! – Anya has collaborated with some great brands, choosing good old Peep Club for this special edition, available only in the pop-up, with its wonderfully nostalgic, ‘golden age of air travel’ look.
Better known within the Peep Club range as ‘Instant Eye Relief Spray’, and in this guise as ‘Red Eye Remedy’, this is a brilliant product for countering the dryness of cabin air. Applied to closed eyes (so just fine for the squeamish, like us), it features eye-friendly nourishing and moisturising ingredients including sea buckthorn oil (a special colourless variety) plus hyaluronic acid, and is brightening, too.
It’s also brilliant for keeping on a desk – where we are spending a LOT of time working on a new book project (watch this space!); looking at a computer screen is a key culprit, when it comes to dry eyes.
But we will definitely be popping to Anya’s pop-up for a peep at the Peep Club offering, in situ.
