Made for Life Calm and Gentle Room Spray

The world is not getting any less stressful, is it? So we welcome this new creation from Cornwall-based Made for Life Organics, designed to help us wind down before bedtime but frankly being spritzed round here at frequent intervals, right now.

It's a very mind-soothing blend of essential oils that certainly get to work on us immediately, based around lavender – one of the few essential oils whose action is clinically acknowledged, in this case for relaxation.

It comes as part of a 'Sleep Ritual', with a taupe 'eco-mask' for the eyes, made of microfibre fabric that is very, very cosy and cocooning (and great for keeping out the light), to spritz with the blend of lavender and rose, two types of chamomile, plus gently mood-boosting orange.

 We've been spraying it on pillows, nighties, aforementioned eye mask – and pretty much anytime the word 'lockdown' or 'circuit breaker' is mentioned. 

In a perfect world, actually, we'd sleep till spring. And this would definitely help.
