And via her new Jones Road make-up line, she’s worked to create a terrific range of products that are easier to use than anything that’s gone before. These Lip and Cheek Palettes couldn’t be easier to use, each featuring two disc-shaped pans of Lip and Cheek Stick, and one of The Illuminator, to bring a touch of glow to the face – we’d suggest brow-bones and the inner/middle eyelid, and maybe cheekbones if skin is smooth. No tools? That’s fine; fingers work perfectly, but if you prefer a buffing brush, so be it.
The lightweight, skin-friendly formulas – which feature castor and jojoba oils, shea butter and cocoa butter – go on so smoothly, it’s a cinch to perk up your face with one of these slim palettes in your handbag.
Two shades are available – we reckon they’d be foolproof matches on any skintone, so it really depends whether you want to go light (think Golden Pink, left), or opt for deeper tones (Golden Bronze). Note, in real life, the products go on sheer, and are buildable, so that second palette is definitely not as scary as it looks.
The phrase ‘easy-peasy-lemon-squeezy’ comes to mind…
