Gaia Skincare Awakening Candle

New to the wonderful Gaia Skincare collection – which was originally created for Boringdon Hall in Devon’s award-winning Gaia Spa, but is now more widely available – is this fab candle which we have burning right now in the office as the needle on the stress-o-meter rises in anticipation of the coming festivities.

It’s called ‘Awakening’ but actually we find it very, very rebalancing and de-stressing, created from natural soya wax and with an all-natural wick. (And we like the fact there’s a lid – bamboo – to keep the dust off, although this isn’t going to hang around to get dusty in these parts). It should burn for 25-30 hours.

Key oils are lemongrass, petitgrain and geranium – the signature of the Awakening collection – and since we’re definitely not going to find the time to squeeze in a spa treatment before Christmas, we’re just going to keep this flickering in the office, close our eyes and pretend.
