Beauty Bible Weekend Steal: Primark PS... Pro Instant Bronzing Drops
This little tube of super-affordable magic has been helping us hold onto summer, warming up our skintone ever-so-slightly as it adjusts to the change of seasons by becoming slowly, progressively, naturally paler.
Now, we’re unlikely ever to buy a garment from Primark – largely to do with hearing in our imagination our mother’s refrain about cheap clothes: ‘You could shoot peas through that!’ – but the beauty department is always well worth a snoop.
Case in point: PS... Pro Instant Bronzing Drops are perfect for adding to your regular moisturiser, daily SPF or foundation to ramp up the colour a little, in this ‘transition’ time before we go full-on velvety matte. If your summer foundation’s suddenly looking too dark, meanwhile, add a drop or two to your winter base, to warm it up a tad. Super-lightweight, the bronzing drops smooth into skin surprisingly well, meanwhile – probably thanks to a touch of marula oil and hyaluronic acid. (In summer, you can smooth onto moisturisised skin, but that look’s a little too sun-kissed for mid-October, we figure.)
Primark still haven’t got their act together with a full-service website, but soon there’ll be a Click & Collect option (you can currently sign up to be alerted for the launch of that, on primark.com). Meanwhile, you can check availability of these bronzing drops (and any other item) via its product page on the Primark website.
And altogether, this delivers a performance that belies the price. (Which is less than a coffee, in many places.)
