Take seven minutes of your life to do this...

One of our New Year's Resolutions is to meditate more regularly.  It is so amazing for mind-clearing, focus and getting life back in perspective. But we know that life often gets in the way, which is why we were so pleased when a friend alerted us to this video on www.vimeo.com.

Narrated by Thich Nat Hanh (the Vietnamese Zen Buddhist monk, philosopher and peace activist), The Great Bell Chant is truly a visual meditation in itself:  seven minutes and 13 seconds of extraordinary photography, deeply grounding bells and chants - and the perfect way to switch off and still your brain, whenever it's whirring.  We've actually bookmarked this page so that we can come back to it time and again, when life threatens to overwhelm.

So, please:  find seven minutes and 13 seconds in your life to sit back and immerse yourself in this...
