Fab Find of the Week: Derma E Mood Enhancing Skin Beneficial Mists

DERMA_E_MAIN.jpg

Phew! All of a sudden it’s been properly hot, and sticky, and dusty, and we need a face spray. Most especially, we need THESE face sprays which come with the added benefit of mood-shifting essential oils in the rehydrating blend. (The mists contain not only spring water but witch hazel and coconut essence together with adaptogenic ingredients, along with the herbal extract waters.)

We have to say, too, that we not only love these in our own right but (oh, shallow creatures that we sometimes are), were quite chuffed to see that Derma E has had a nice redesign. Before, it felt – well, a bit workaday. The new look is definitely more stylish and, while looks alone could never convert us to a product, we still really enjoy products that look as good as they feel or smell.

Three options, then (and all available over on Victoria Health). We like the whole trio but probably would choose UPLIFT above the other two, with its very sense-awakening oils of grapefruit, orange, chamomile and lavender, together with adaptogenic eleuthero and Rhodiola rosea (they call it Arctic root).

CREATE is our next fave, with stimulating ginger, spearmint, ginger and rosemary, plus adaptogenic cordyceps and cardamom, for clarity – as with UPLIFT, it’s a good 4 p.m. spritzer for a little fillip for flagging spirits, along with a much-needed moisture surge. And then there’s CALM – something we need less often in the office, TBH, so we’re using this as to follow our cleanser, last thing at night: a spritz and a swipe with a cotton pad.

You can use them on faces, body or just spritz into the air in front of your face, and b-r-e-a-t-h-e-. Three very good reasons to rediscover Derma E – or discover for the first time, if you’re a Derma E virgin.
