Sleep’s been a funny old thing, these past months. In the early stages of the pandemic, we found ourselves barely able to sleep at all, blighted by all-pervading anxiety. Then exhaustion set in – from just getting through the day – and yet still sleep was elusive, despite the fact that basically, we’d quite like to have hibernated through to, oh, about 2022.

As autumn approaches, that’s having a different effect: in just these past few days, the shorter day length makes us feel like sneaking under the duvet earlier than ever.

Well, we’re not alone. And aware that sleep is one of the main concerns for their customers right now, our friends at NEOM invite you to a Sleep With NEOM Virtual Live Event on Sunday 13th September. There’ll be various sleep-inducing activities i.e yoga, nutrition, plus anxiety workshops, skincare tutorials and mediation sessions.  

The event will run from 4 p.m.-8.30 p.m. and, NEOM tell us: ‘…will begin with a stretchy yoga flow from Busy Mums Yoga, a chat with interiors guru, Katie Woods about how to create the perfect wind-down space and we will be hosting a mini discussion around anxiety – the Sunday night scaries and how to combat them, PLUS a wind-down session with facial massage demos and a breathing workshop.’

The price for attending (online of course) is £10 – and it’s all in a briliant cause, with 100% of proceeds going to the Mental Health Foundation.
