Mother’s Day is approaching this weekend (although you would be forgiven if you’d forgotten, with all our minds very preoccupied at the moment).
Since we don’t any longer have mothers ourselves, at Beauty Bible (and indeed, AREN’T mothers ourselves), we’ve always taken a slightly different approach to this landmark in the gifting calendar, suggesting that people send a token of appreciation to a V.I.W. in their life – a godmother, carer, best friend, whoever. There are lots of ways of ‘mothering’, and they are all worthy of appreciation.
This year, we’d like to see showing some form of appreciation for wonderful women in our lives extended beyond this Sunday.
