Fab Find Of The Week: Schwarzkopf Brow Tint

THIS was meant to launch back in the spring, just in the nick of time before our brows faded away into the mists, thanks to lockdown. Unfortunately, it got put on a back burner with retailers who really missed a trick launching a product that is an absolute godsend for those who can’t get an appointment to have their brows groomed (or don’t feel comfortable doing so just yet).

We really, really missed our regular brow-shaping/tinting sessions (with Benefit, as we’ve shared with you before). But the results with this at-home brow tinting kit are really impressive. We got our hands on a sample before lockdown, and it’s been invaluable.

It’s available in four shades, from Dark Blonde to Black (we suggest erring on the side of the lighter shade, while you experiment) and Schwarzkopf Brow Tint also offers complete grey coverage.

What we would say is that retailers are being a bit s-l-o-w off the mark at stocking the whole range – things are definitely NOT anything like normal, at both online and high street stores, so you might need to search for the darker tones.

Dark Blonde and Light Brown ARE coming on-stream (including via the link below) – and we literally couldn’t wait any longer to share this product with you, even if in normal circumstances we’d point you in the direction of all four shades. (The PR is almost certainly sick of us asking when it’s going into Superdrug, as originally promised!)

It couldn’t be easier to use – simply mix the colour in the little bowl, apply it to your eyebrows and after 5-10 minutes, remove any residue with warm water and a cotton pad. (We always like to have a good go with a flannel afterwards, even after we’ve had our brows done professionally, to get rid of every last trace of dye.)

Just as we’ll be keeping the freezer topped up and a bit of loo roll in reserve, this is going to be within reach for some time to come.
