Fab Find of the Week: Sarah Chapman Skinesis The Dryness and Dehydration Fix
First off: this kit is pricy. It does, however, contain full sizes of some of facialist Sarah Chapman’s bestselling products, in one swanky, subtly bejewelled bag. (And if you’re on a tight budget, that’s why we now feature our Beauty Bible Weekend Steal, which focuses exclusively on highly affordable products, each and every Friday.)
It was certainly the quick fix for desiccated skin that Jo needed, after what felt like the longest, most centrally-heated winter in living memory. (In this cold snap, the heating is STILL ramped up to its highest – and there is nothing more drying for skin than that.)
The trio is as follows…
1. Sarah Chapman Skinesis Intense Hydrating Booster – a mega-moisturising serum that is instantly comforting, quenching skin with hydrators including hyaluronic acid and extracts of chlorella and rosa Damascena extract, together with beta-glucan, which also works to help strengthen skin’s defences.
2. Sarah Chapman Skinesis Morning Facial – a light oil blend designed to be used in the morning (and before you dismiss that, it’s really effective, skins in fast and leaves skin super-soft); in combination with the Hydrating Booster, it plumps and smooths and within about five mins, you can apply make-up without any fear of it falling off (we promise).
3. Sarah Chapman Skinesis 3D Moisture Infusion Mask – one of those products that we had frankly forgotten quite how much we love. It’s a sheet mask, sculpted to the facial contours, which deeply infuses skin with a moisture complex including hyaluronic acid, rosewater and an ingredient called Pentavitin®. Plumping, soothing and comforting (and we promise not to forget again about this).
We often like to joke that when we find a product that our skin drinks so thirstily, you can probably hear the sound effects from where you are. And so if you heard a gurgling noise in the background over the weekend, as Jo got her moisture fix, this might just be the source.
£162 – buy here
PS The kit may be £162, but if you bought the products individually, they’d set you back £197…
