Fab Find of the Week: GROVE England

We’re always v-e-r-y happy to be introduced to an entire new, luxuriously indulgent bath, body and fragrance collection from a British brand. And we’ve a hunch you will be, too.

So, welcome, GROVE England – and congrats to founder, interior designer Laura Butler-Madden, who has clearly poured heart, soul (and no doubt PLENTY of elbow grease) into this collection.

Spanning Bath Oil to Hand Wash via a Perfume Candle, Hand Cream and more. There’s also an Eau de parfum – and before springing for the 50ml, you can try a Travel Eau de Parfum for £24, which isn’t bad at all.

It really has the most wonderful scent – inspired by nature and by Laura’s own garden at her Cotswolds home, Grove Farm. A white floral, created by a British perfumer – think: neroli, jasmine, linden, chamomile – the signature Anemone scent offers whispers of incense and tethering cedarwood, for altogether an airily super-pretty scent which lends itself well to all those different formats.

Interestingly, the fragrance began life as a candle and a bath oil, whereupon Laura and her team decided it was too nice not to translate it into a wearable fragrance. And it so works!

The best way to tap into Laura’s design vibe is simply to follow her Instagram here – the sort of interiors that make you feel calm, just looking at them (which is really the feeling that GROVE England offers, olfactorially. Not sure if that’s a word, BTW – but it is now.)

It's a scent to conjure floaty white frocks, meadows and lunches outdoors – and frankly, we could all do with those kinds of dreams, right now.
