Beauty Bible Loves… An early ‘drop’ of advent calendars

Probably half of you think it’s w-a-y too soon to start thinking about Christmas – and the other half have already started stashing away stocking fillers. Well, one thing we know is that there are plenty of the ‘Be Prepared’ brigade out there, which is why advent calendars go on sale so early – and often, sell out so fast.

We’ve several reasonably affordable options here, alongside the bank-breakers. Alongside great value, in an advent calendar, though, we look for a fabulous design. We like refillable options, which can be repurposed year after year. We love ANYTHING that looks like a house (or a department store (see Liberty’s version, above). And of course, there are certain brands that push our buttons, Cath Kidston and L’OCCITANE being a case in point. (We know they’re faves of yours, too.)

Remember: the ‘12 Day’ calendars are to be given ON Christmas Day, for the 12 days of Christmas (as in, ‘on the first day of Christmas, my true love gave to me… a mascara’, etc.) Those with up to 25 days are to be opened from 1st December onwards. So, if you’re offering one as a gift, the 12-day version is more appropriate.

And, from those that are already available, some favourites…
