Clinique Dramatically Different Hydrating Jelly Anti-Pollution
This doesn't have any pretensions, calling itself some kind of gelée. It’s a jelly – a ‘water jelly’, pure and simple. Well, very pure and simple, being from the hypoallergenic brand Clinique.
We think Clinique Dramatically Different Hydrating Jelly Anti-Pollution would be fantastic for someone who doesn’t like the feeling of any kind of oil on their skin. It’s incredibly quenching – absolutely divine to apply, actually, going on so smoothly and richly and allowing enough ‘play-time’ for a nice bit of facial massage. But it then magically dries entirely oil-free (yet non-sticky), delivering moisture – so Clinique promise – for a full 24 hours.
Skin feels comfy and is super-smooth to the touch, but there’s no ‘slip’ at all. So if that’s how you like your moisturiser – well, you’ll completely fall for this. (It’s said to be for all skintypes, but although we LOVED applying this, our dry skins prefer a more obvious oil/lipid content.)
There’s quite evidently lots of hyaluronic acid, some cucumber fruit extract (to strengthen skin barrier and improve resilience), sunflower seed cake (obviously INVISIBLE sunflower seed cake!), and barley extract. Notably, it features something called ‘Clean Shield Technology’, which filters out pollution.
Equally at home in the clean air of the countryside as the city, though, on oily and/or combi skins.
