Get set for the Beauty Show Live this weekend

For beautyholics, there’s reall only one place to be, this weekend – The Beauty Live Show, taking place at the Business Design Centre in Islington, with a stellar line-up and so many different activities to explore.

Expert names and famous faces you can hear from tomorrow (Friday 20th) and Saturday (21st) include superfacialist Sarah Chapman, Caroline Hirons, Aimee Connolly, celebrity hairstylist Michael Douglas, Ruby Hammer MBE, Ateh Jewel, Alice Hart-Davis and soooooo many more – full line up here. (Many of them are longstanding chums of Beauty Bible.)

You might find yourself torn between happenings on several different stages, including the Main Stage, Marie Claire Stage and the Woman & Home Stage, while there are Express Treatment Bars to dip into for fast pampering. There are make-up demos, hair shows, skincare advice…

Dozens of brands will be exhibiting, including familiar and new names – from Gatineau to Sculpted by Aimee, via Donna May London, Hello Sunday, iT Cosmetics, MUA Makeup Academy, And Begin, Opatra and Urban Decay. Think you’re probably beginning to get the drift, now…

So, one-day tickets cost from £35 (when we were checking out booking online, a discount offer kept flashing up, so you might even get a better deal), all the way up to £135 VIP Tickets (which include a beauty box whose value is said to be £365, plus other privileges).

We can’t hand on heart testify as to the show’s fabulousness, because we haven’t experienced it – but that line-up is seriously creditable and impressive.
