The main promise from this uber clean and sustainable UK hair care brand is that FFØR Re:Fresh Colour Bond Mask not only helps prevent colour fade but gives a temporary ‘Fresh’ colour boost – so no need for a mercy dash to the salon as roots take over. 

Of the six shades, Beauty Bible tester Sarah tried Ice Blonde, which blurred dark roots most satisfactorily as her ashy, blonde and gold highlights grew out. Not only that but it really put back the sparkle.

The peptide-infused mask was a truly excellent conditioner, making her dry mop shiny, swingy, and easy to manage (even though the cut was growing out too). But that’s not all! These masks have a special RE:FFØRM Bonding Technology (just can’t get away from those effs…!), which helps repair the bonds damaged by continuous colouring and keep hair strong and healthy.

As well as Ice Blonde, you can choose from Copper or Expresso, or go a wee bit wilder with Ruby, Berry or Violet.

The totally vegan formulas are PETA-certified cruelty free, contain up to 93% naturally derived, ethically sourced ingredients – including oat peptide, rice seed protein and Caesalpinia spinosa fruit pod extract among a bunch of other botanicals. They’re ‘Free From’ sulfates, mineral oils, synthetic colours and gluten. The bottle is 100% recycled and recyclable.
