Beauty Bible loves.. Aromatherapy Associates Rose Shower Oil

To be honest, we can’t think of a single Aromatherapy Associates product we haven’t revelled in. So a new launch is always a delightful treat on our horizon.

These Shower Oils are clever formulations that turn from an oil to a milk when they mix with water (so oil and water can mix!). Not only are they truly scrumptious to use – gently foaming, deeply cleansing and heaven scented (more on that below) – but they really do leave skin properly soft.

So the scents: these are of course down to the aromatherapy blends, which treat mind as well as body – oh and they linger very charmingly in the air too. Sarah’s favourite version by a squeak is Rose where the rose essential oil merges deliciously with geranium and palmarosa in what they term a ‘rejuvenating’ blend. We’d say the fragrance simply makes us feel happy - like being in a rose garden, which is one of our favourite places.

The other options are Revive with juniper berry, grapefruit and rosemary for sparkling mornings, De-Stress Mind, which speed dials calm with wild chamomile, frankincense and petitgrain, plus an anti-inflammatory version called De-Stress Muscle, to soothe aches and pains with ginger, rosemary and black pepper.

You probably know this but just to repeat … all Aromatherapy Associates products are cruelty free, vegan, and don’t contain parabens, SLS and other sulphates, phthalates or PEGs. 

Finally, although they’re intended for showering we find they’re quite happy when we’re having a bath too.
