3INA Makeup The Eye Primer
Do you own an eye primer? If the answer’s ‘yes’, you’ll know what a HUGE difference these make to eyeshadow’s staying power and appearance.
If not, here’s a great place to start.
3INA Makeup The Eye Primer pulls off the trick of being a great base for shadow, yet not too drying. Some are SO darned budge-proof that they (while effective), they feel very tight and taut.
A silky-smooth, beige gel-cream that is sheer enough to work on a wide range of skintones, you smooth a dab (and that’s all it takes) onto each eye, then smooth in and allow to dry completely before applying eyeshadow – either cream or powder. You could apply it over the eyelid, if you only wear make-up on the top lids, or if you take shadow all the way around, our suggestion is to apply concealer underneath the eye (to disguise shadows), and blend the teensiest dab of this into area just below the lash-line.
Lids are evened out without looking unnaturally all one tone, this feels super-comfy – and gives shadow and liner the staying power of the Duracell bunny.
PS Having discovered there’s also a lip primer in the collection, we’re planning to check that out, next…
