The easiest way to start is by being more adventurous with lipstick colour and perfume. Get a professional makeover – you can do this at any department store. It’s easy to get stuck with a make-up look and sometimes someone who doesn’t know you can help you shake it up. Experiment with haircolour, too – although just because you’re getting older doesn’t mean you have to cut your hair.’
