Make a protein-rich pack for your hair by blending together an egg, an avocado and five to 20 drops of essential oil of rosemary.  After applying the mixture to your hair, cover your head with a towel and leave on for five to 30 minutes.  Then wash and shampoo as usual.  Hey, presto:  glossy, stronger hair.
