Most eyeshadows can be used as eyeliner, either dry with a stiff brush or wet for a perfectly co-ordinated shadow and liner look. Simply wet the fine liner brush, mix with eyeshadow and apply as you would liquid or gel liner. NB Make-up artist Mary Greenwell told us always to 'reserve' half of the eyeshadow palette for wet, half for dry.
