Tip of the Day: 20.10.2014
'Be aware of changing humidity levels around you,' says facialist Alexandra Soveral, 'and amend skincare accordingly. Think of moisturisers as humidity replacements. In a humid environment we don't need moisturiser - or a little, if you have dry skin. In winter there is a lot of humidity around but if you don't open windows, and have radiators on, your home becomes more dry. You will either need more moisturiser or a humidifier. I keep a window open for a few hours each day.'
