If you have an in-salon hair colouring disaster, don't be tempted to do an at-home emergency colour session. Fixing it yourself can damage already fragile hair. Haircolour disasters are always best professionally fixed, but if you've lost faith in your colourist ask the desk staff to recommend someone else on the team.
