Tip of the Day: 16.09.2015

If you have sleep problems, turn off all lights. Humans have a 24-hour circadian clock (the sleep pattern that follows the sun, and means we sleep better during the night). Our clocks are sensitive and are reset by light, so keep your bedroom as dark as possible when you sleep. Make sure you're not exposed to any blue spectrum light (sunlight, televisions, computers) for at least three hours before sleep, as it can stimulate the mind.
