Looking to balance your weight? A lot of the time we think we’re hungry when in fact we’re thirsty. Taking in more fluid – by drinking water, or from more nutritious sources such as vegetables, fruits and salads – can really help, according to nutritional therapist Petronella Ravenshear. ‘The body sees dehydration as a danger sign. It slows everything down if it feels it. That’s never going to help your body perform well.’
