Staying young isn’t just about what happens on the outside; for a long life, studies show that it’s important to maintain a sense of balance. Try doing a yoga pose while brushing your teeth; Tree Pose involves standing on one leg and then placing the opposite foot flat against your inner thigh (or calf – but never knee). When you tackle the top teeth, balance on your right foot, then swap over as you do your lower teeth; it helps with balance and firms core muscles.
