Temple Spa Quietude Calming Mist for Me & My Space

The level of the liquid in this bottle has been going down a LOT in Jo’s office, lately. She’s had plenty going on. Think: tech niggles, kitchen refresh – which meant having to cook on two camping burners – a run of family birthdays which always makes it feel like Christmas in July, and general too-much-to-do-in-too-little-time-ness.

Thank heavens for this, then – which delivers on its calming promise in an extremely effective way. In the past, Jo’s travelled with a mini-size of this tucked in her Ziplock in-flight bag – the perfect antidote to turbulence, she’s found, up above the clouds.

But lately, she’s also been wafting Temple Spa Quietude into the office air before work and last thing at night, spraying her office chair (fabric absorbs the scent brilliantly) and sometimes wearing it on pulse-points, too. (Quietude is also appropriate for pillow-spritzing – though we’re sort of unswervingly devoted to This Works Deep Sleep Pillow Mist, on the bedlinen front, for its Pavlovian ability to nudge us sleep-wards.)

The soothing blend of Mediterranean essential oils includes chamomile, patchouli, frankincense, cypress, cedarwood, vetiver and orange.

Not just a home fragrance. But we’re calling it an ‘om’ fragrance, for its grounding effect.
