We welcome this truly lovely-to-use ‘sleeping cream’ from good old M&S which – although not as inexpensive as some of their skincare – still isn’t going to induce sleepless nights with a price like this. They’ve had some pretty impressive test results, trialling this themselves – 71% of testers claimed skin was ‘transformed’ after just two weeks. But we’d say the effects are visible even before that – like, er, next morning.

It’s plumping, smoothing and ever-so-slightly radiant-making. Very lightly-scented. (We’re always surprised that so many high street skincare offerings are really quite potently-scented, when all our feedback tells us that women want subtle – though nevertheless pretty – scents.)

Mostly, it’s just very, very ‘comfy’ on skin. A sort of hot-water-bottle-cashmere-socks of a product, all in all, and one we think you wouldn’t regret adding into your regime. At any price…
