L'Occitane Shea Butter Skincare Collection

We've always loved the almost baby-powder comforting scent of L'Occitane's shea butter products - and the rich TLC they deliver to skin. Now, the power of this West African nut have been harnessed in a complete skincare collection - and it's proving a saviour for our thirsty winter skins. There are some stand-out products, we think. First off, the silky Cleansing Oil, which emulsifies make-up, gunk and grime when massaged into skin. (We use a muslin cloth, as ever, for removal.) Skin's left super-soft and super-comfy - and there's now a toner, too, for those who are so inclined.

The two moisturisers - Light Comforting Cream and Ultra Rich Comforting Cream - are really are super-nourishing without being greasy, plumping up dehydrated skin: luscious, double-creamy, and with that signature cocooning fragrance.

Not silly money - and it all goes a long way. We can almost hear our complexions breathing sighs of relief.
