Klorane Soothing Eye Make-up Remover
It is incredibly easy in this business to be caught up in the frenzy of new launches and forget about, or merely overlook, Great Classics We Have Known And Loved Over The Years. This simple blue flip-top pot falls into that latter category. Jo thinks it was the first eye make-up remover she ever used (bought on a French exchange trip to Paris) – and all these years later it’s still quietly and gently doing a brilliant job at swiping away eye make-up.
A bottle landed on our desks lately and we came over all nostalgic, went home and used it – and thought: blimey, there’s not much out there to beat this. Even does a good job on waterproof mascara, which is impressive for something so natural. It also features soothing corrnflower extract, and certainly doesn’t irritate our touchy eyes. (Come to think of it, this would be wonderful chilled in the fridge: we’ll even give it a go on cotton pads as a treat for weary, computer-addled eyes. And they tell us it's fine for lens-warers, too.)
Like a long-lost old mate who’s popped up on Facebook with a ‘friend’ request, we’re delighted to make its reacquaintance.
