Guerlain's little lipstick film – with a kiss from us to you

This is our kind of history lesson, basically.

A gorgeous little film from Guerlain that celebrates their 150 years of lipstick innovations – from the very first bullet lipstick, Ne M’Oubliez Pas (it translates as ‘Don’t forget me’, back in 1870), via Rouge d’Enfer – with its case that could be opened with the pull of a tassel – through to Rouge Automatique, the first lipstick which could be applied with one hand, as it swivels up. (There’s still a version in the range, today.
