Glow and behold: facial massage from Abigail James

We are massive fans of facial massage, so when this technique from Abigail James - the new Global Treatment Ambassador for Liz Earle - landed in our inbox, we couldn't resist sharing it...

It's easy to follow and delivers quick results, and uses a couple of iconic products from the Liz Earle collection which have always gone down incredibly well with Beauty Bible testers (and us, and us!)

 The sunrise

Warm one pump of Cleanse & Polish Hot Cloth Cleanser between fingertips, then work all over the face and forehead using small, firm circular motions. Spend at least one minute doing this, every time you cleanse

 The raindrop

Warm one pump of Smoothing Line Serum between the pads of your index, middle and ring fingers, then gently 'drum' the serum over the under-eye area, moving from the inner to outer corner of eyes for a minute each morning.

Liz Earle maskAnd Abigail's 30-second brightening secret for skin? 'Liz Earle Brightening Treatment Mask never fails to perk up my complexion, if my skin is struggling with fatigue. Then when the mask is on, I use 'pinching' actions with my thumb and forefinger over my face to give its surface an intense brightening nudge.'

We've tried it ourselves - and it works!
