Fab Find of the Week: Frances Prescott Tri-Spritz

Frances Prescott is a facialist who first made it onto her radar with her multi-tasking Tri-Balm (which we raved about here). For the second product in her skincare range, this Kent-based skin expert brings us a triple-duty facial spritz.

We’ll be frank: we’re not always convinced by facial spritzers. (File under: REALLY??? Something else we have to do???) But this is so lovely to use that we’re happily adding it into our daily ritual/

First up, it helps to set make-up. (Spritz from around 30cm away.)

Second, it incorporates algae which work to create an effective environmental barrier between the skin and pollution.

Third, Frances – a former movie industry make-up artist who is something of a ‘wise woman’, we decided, once we’d met her for a mini-facial to launch Tri-Spritz recently – chose ingredients to boost the action of the spray in the form of antioxidant white tea and white nettle plus calming lupin seed extract, in moisturising base of coconut milk, omega 3-rich chufa milk (from tiger nuts), rosewater and orange flower water base, thus promising to help with cellular repair.

But we think there should be a fourth (important) action added to the list. Kept on a desk, for stressed moments, this fragrant spray – featuring the scents of rose, orange blossom and verbena – is a balm for the senses, one face-reviving zoosh also acting as the perfect mid-afternoon sensory pick-me-up.

Which in itself is enough to earn Tri-Spritz – or should be be Quad-Spritz? – a place in our lives.
