Roll up, roll up for the Liberty Beauty Lottery!

Oh, this is fun. Go shopping in Liberty right now, and if you spend £65 or over you'll be entered into the department store's first-ever Beauty Lottery.  While stocks last (and they've got 3,000 prizes altogether), you'll get a scratchcard.  Simply scratch off one circle, to discover your prize.

Might be anything from a Frederic Malle candle to a Liberty print large washbag, a Margaret Dabbs Manicure, Shu Uemura Cleansing Oil, a Laura Mercier Tinted Moisturiser...  (Or an Ellis Faas mascara:  we couldn't resist featuring this visual, below, to illustrate the creamy, luscious mascara produced by this quirky but very desirable Dutch make-up brand.  We sort of think of them as 'the Aesop of make-up'.)  About 30 brands are taking part, in all, and we hope it becomes a regular thing - because if you've got beauty products to replenish, why not do so somewhere you're guaranteed of a gorgeous prize...?

The one snag:  we spoke to Liberty and the Lottery's incredibly popular. Probably be over well before the end of the week, they reckon.  But the good bit of news is that the Lottery is available on-line, too, and your 'mystery prize' will be added automatically to your order if you spend £65 or more.

But if you want to get lucky, make it snappy.*

* Alas we can't promise there'll be goodies left, so don't blame us if you drag your heels and miss out!
