Bioré Baking Soda Pore Cleanser
You wait ages for a great new cleanser and then three come along at once. (See also: Nourish Kale 3D Cleanse and A’kin Pure Facial Creamy Cleanser.) But isn’t this the time of year to think about a clean sweep…? And this is a little different – more of a daily exfoliator, and something we’d prefer to use in the morning than to remove make-up (and it certainly shouldn’t go anywhere near the eyes). It taps into the Korean trend for cleansing grains – but at an incredibly affordable price.
On a wetted face, massage the pH-balanced grainy liquid in a gentle circular motion. It’ll foam ever-so-slightly, and you’ll feel the lightest exfoliating action, said to be good for de-clogging pores. (Nice fresh scent, too – not overwhelming.) Skin looks brighter, fresher, somehow more ‘alive’ afterwards. It’s said to be especially good for combination skin, and certainly isn’t drying to our skins (which have a tendency to dryness).
Our first serious beauty ‘steal’ of 2017, this. Here's to plenty more.
