If you’re snuffling and a hayfever sufferer (as Sarah is…eeek!) , you might have guessed that, despite the frosts, the hayfever season has already started.
The culprit now is tree pollen, which starts to come into season around February and ends late June, according to Allergy UK. Most sufferers are allergic to grass pollen, however, which is usually worst between May and July.
These little pots of certified organic balm can help by creating a barrier to help trap the pollen before it gets into your nose.
