Beauty Bible Weekend Steal: Farmologie

It honestly feels like yesterday that we were sitting in Ham Yard Hotel discussing her fledgling brand Childs Farm with Joanna Jensen, who’d created that range to cater to her daughters’ sensitive skins and tricksy hair.

Incredibly impressively, in a very short space of time, Childs Farm is now the No.1 toiletries brand in the UK – but that’s not what we’re here to talk about today, because Joanna has launched a ‘sister’ - or perhaps, more accurately, a ‘mother’ – range, by the name of Farmologie. Again, it targets dry and sensitive skins (even those prone to eczema) – and again, it’s really reasonably-priced, hence our highlighting it as Beauty Bible’s Weekend Steal. But with its fab, eye-catching modern packaging and lovely scents, this is very much for grown-ups.

It’s already made it into Boots and Superdrug, with prices from just £3.49-5.99. And don’t just take our word how fab this range is: it just scooped two Golds in the Beauty Bible Awards 2021, for the Hand Cream Pink Grapefruit and the ‘matching’ Body Moisturiser Pink Grapefruit. If pink grapefruit isn’t quite your thing, there are other options: fragrance-free, or Moro Orange (which is exclusive to Superdrug and their own website, for now).

Ingredients are largely botanical, while the ‘eye candy’ packaging is 100% recycled plastic, too. Fantastic value, fantastic products, fantastic achievement – and honestly, Joanna Jensen, we think it might be time for another catch-up.

This time, with champagne…?
