We are all for menopause ‘coming out of the closet’. It is finally an acceptable topic of conversation, employers are starting (starting!) to recognise the challenges that it presents in the workplace and hey, even men are discovering it’s A Thing that happens to women, around mid-life. (Sorry to be a bit facetious, there, but it’s not that far wide of the mark…)

The more we see ‘MENOPAUSE’ splashed across packaging, the happier we are – case in point, this trio of problem-solvers from PRAI, who are well known to many of you for their stellar performance in The Beauty Bible Awards (notably the neck category), over the years.
