Olverum Firming Body Moisturiser

Can you hear a sort of slurping sound, if you listen carefully?

That’ll be our bodies, soaking this up.

Olverum may be better known to you as the mind-clearing, balance-restoring, sense-delighting bath oil which has scooped several Beauty Bible Awards, notably two in the very same year in the BATH – UPLIFTING and BATH – RELAXING categories! (Because yes, it does both…!)

They have a small range of fabulous products which now sit alongside the iconic bath oil – and this is a welcome addition to the line-up: an utterly gorgeous, velvet-textured, rich body lotion which really tackles winter-dry skin fast.

Olverum Firming Body Moisturiser also promises to ‘firm’, by encouraging cell renewal and collagen production – though TBH we haven’t been using it for long enough to see long-term results. As it’s ‘firming’, this vegan-friendly formula is particularly targeted at thighs, legs, waist and arms, but we’re pretty much slathering all over, frankly, and it’s definitely brilliantly tackling flakiness and dryness, especially in the shin-zone.

Ingredient-wise, you’ll find meadowfoam, crambe Abyssinica, rice extracts, papaya enzyme, plus coriander and frankincense (the latter renowned for its skin-saving properties).

And as for fragrance? It’s subtle, compared to the original Olverum, lightly aromatic and really rather a crowd-pleaser, we reckon.

Slurp, slurp, slurp!
