We can get our fingernails and toenails painted. (Jo’s already had her toes done and is SO happy about it.) From what we hear, however – notwithstanding the fact that everyone wants to support the amazing community of beauty therapists out there – there’s still some reluctance to book in for those up-close services. And there’s another challenge: just getting an appointment.

But whether you’re doing your own nails at home or at a salon, can we point you in the direction of these somewhat splurge-y, limited edition new shades from Gucci? The three arrayed above are gorgeous. (We’re less enamoured of the black – at our age, anyway - and the somewhat washed-out beige. Right now, we want COLOUR!)

We always like to take our own polish to a salon, so we can touch up any chips or wear, later. And these will most definitely put the spring in any wearer’s step...
