At Beauty Bible, we strongly believe in 'sleep hygiene' – doing everything we possibly can to beckon sleep in a world that moves way too fast for most people's liking. And we're definitely finding room on the bedside table for this, from REN. It's slightly more 'aromatic' than others we love – that'll be the clary sage essential oil in the formulation, we think. Clary sage is there alongside famously calming frankincense, together with lavender and hops, and we're loving every zzzz-inducing whiff.
